Josselyn has over 25 years of experience designing and implementing successful public health programs in Southeast Asia and Sub-Saharan Africa. She has led private sector engagement initiatives for global health partners and go-to-market strategies for manufacturers of new contraceptive, malaria and HIV prevention products in low and middle income countries. Her areas of expertise include digital health, social and behavior change communication, social marketing and health market shaping. She has worked in more than 20 countries including long-term assignments in Cambodia, Vietnam, Tanzania, Togo and Zambia. Prior to joining mClinica, Josselyn led regional and national portfolios of public health programs in Asia Pacific for Helen Keller International and Population Services International. She is a member of the Regional Steering Committee for the Global Fund's Regional Artemisinin-resistance Initiative (RAI3) in the Greater Mekong Subregion and multiple non-profit Advisory Boards.

Josselyn holds a Masters of Public Administration from Princeton University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Anthropology from Dartmouth College.
